WIPtracker^™ Capabilities

WIPtracker is an affordable, integrated work-in-process tracking, warehouse management, and manufacturing execution system. WIPtracker  also performs job and materials and tracking, and traceability data collection and can automatically exchange data with a wide-variety of ERP and accounting systems.

WIPtracker uses a collection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to eliminate much of the time wasted collecting data on the shop floor or in the warehouse as well as much of the time wasted by managers and their staff in performing "intelligent grunt work" to analyze this data  and turn it into actionable decisions.

This all comes in one small ruggedized Windows IOT (Internet-of-Things) enterprise-based computer, which is shipped with all the needed software, ready to plug into your local area network and start collecting data.

WIPtracker uses intelligent-agent technologies to automatically integrate data from a wide-range of ERP, accounting, CRM and other front office systems and convert these into actionable work and shipping orders for each plant or warehouse.

For single-site plants or warehouses, WIPtracker can exchange data directly with these systems. Alternately it can be used with SmartOps24x7 to integrate operations across multiple, geographically distributed manufacturing plants and warehouses with  the ERP, accounting, CRM and other systems used by your front-office people.

WIPtracker comes with a web-browser interface enabling data capture with a wide variety of mobile data collection devices, as well as on PCs and tablets equipped with barcode scanners, without needing to load any special software on these devices.

WIPtracker can also print out custom barcode labels on demand on a wide variety of barcode label printers and automatically collect tracking data using RFID and from weighing scales. WIPtracker uses rules-based software which can be easily tailored for a wide variety of applications.

In addition to which clients can easily write and upload Python scripts to generate Email alerts when certain events happen or to send routine reports by Email to specific people on a routine basis or when specific situations arise. These scripts can also be used to exchange data with the REST interfaces of a wide-variety of other systems
